Tender Executive Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Executive to manage and coordinate online tender submissions, particularly through the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) Portal.

This role requires strong knowledge of online procurement processes and the ability to manage tender documentation, compliance, and deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Online Portals: Regularly check relevant online portals, especially GEM, for new tender opportunities.
  • Analyze Tender Documents: Evaluate eligibility criteria and prepare technical and commercial bids in accordance with tender requirements.
  • Coordinate Internal Departments: Gather necessary documentation and certifications from internal departments.
  • Track Tender Status: Follow up on submissions and handle post-bid documentation.
  • Maintain Records: Keep records of all tender submissions and outcomes.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all rules and regulations related to government procurement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate Degree: Any discipline graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in online tendering.
  • Strong Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and tender submission tools, with a strong understanding of government procurement procedures and documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
