Tender Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Tender Strategist to manage and execute government tender-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tender Planning: Develop and implement tender strategies, identify new business opportunities, and manage tender submissions
  • Bid Development: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare high-quality bids, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks associated with tendering processes
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years in tender management or a similar role, preferably in the power industry
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of tendering processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends

As a senior tender strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tender strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing tender submissions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare high-quality bids, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences, and conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
