Accounts Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead our tender process and ensure seamless execution of financial activities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of tender processing, coupled with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

About the Role:

This key position is responsible for overseeing tender submissions, reviewing documents, and ensuring accurate preparation of pre-qualification bids. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, maintaining accurate documentation, and vendor registration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filing and submission of tenders for both private and government contracts.
  • Reviewing tender documents and supervising compilation of required materials.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of pre-qualification bids with standard company information.
  • Monitoring bid management to ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Detailed reading and understanding of tenders and related documents.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements.
  • Financial reporting and analysis, including reviewing tender-wise profitability and cost reports.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for tax compliance, invoicing, and audit purposes.
  • Vendor registration/compliance for third-party vendors.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years' experience in tender processing preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in tender business.
  • Experience using portals such as GeM and mahatender.
  • Well-versed with financial tools and technology.
  • Proficient in MS-Suite, preferably MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Marathi mandatory and English communication preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines.
