Job Title: Manager Admissions & Outreach

Based in Patna, Bihar, India, this exciting role is a fantastic opportunity to join our organization and play a key part in developing our outreach and admissions strategy.

As Manager Admissions & Outreach, you will be responsible for Key Account Management and relationship building with Principals, approaching Grade A schools for student engagement activities, conducting events, and capturing leads. You will also provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts using data-driven approaches to plan the bouquet of activities across different accounts and cities.

  • Develop strategic plans to expand our consultants' network and increase output from existing consultants
  • Build strong relationships with senior authorities in schools to increase our school network and output
  • Enhance capability building through well-defined training inventories, ensuring self and team competency growth
  • Ensure efficient field visits and optimize resources based on prioritization matrices built on market attractiveness and opportunity size
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Education Industry with excellent communication skills
  • Able to deliver presentations and interact effectively with senior authorities
  • Strong network of premium school connections and open to travel
