Job Title: Outreach Ambassador

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to drive awareness and engagement for our programs in schools and colleges across India.

The ideal candidate should be able to build strong partnerships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote our programs. They will represent us at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums to position our brand as a top choice for business and tech education.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote programs.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums.
  • Execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract the best talent from high schools across India.
  • Nurture relationships with various stakeholders – including parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations.
  • Provide regional insights and feedback to help refine program offerings and communication strategies.
  • Maintain a database of outreach activities and partnerships, tracking effectiveness, leads generated, and conversion rates to improve outreach strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel as required.
