As the School Principal, overseeing various aspects of academic operations within a school or educational institution. The job description typically includes a range of responsibilities, such as:
1. **Curriculum Development and Implementation**: Collaborating with faculty members to develop and refine the academic curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and goals. They may also oversee the implementation of curriculum changes and updates.

2. **Instructional Leadership**: Providing instructional leadership by observing classrooms, providing feedback to teachers, and facilitating professional development opportunities to enhance teaching strategies and student learning outcomes.

3. **Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring**: Overseeing student assessment practices, including exams, standardized tests, and other forms of evaluation. They may analyze assessment data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to support student academic growth.

4. **Student Discipline and Behavior Management**: Assisting with student discipline issues, including developing and enforcing school policies related to behavior and conduct. They may collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to address student concerns and maintain a positive learning environment.

5. **Teacher Evaluation and Support**: Conducting teacher evaluations and providing constructive feedback to support professional growth and development. They may also facilitate mentorship programs and provide resources to help teachers improve their instructional practices.

6. **Administrative Duties**: Assisting the Management with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. They may also represent the school in meetings with parents, community members, and educational stakeholders.

7. **Student Support Services**: Collaborating with counselors, special education staff, and other support personnel to address the academic and emotional needs of students. They may coordinate interventions and support services to help students overcome barriers to learning.

8. **Professional Development**: Participating in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends, research, and best practices. They may also facilitate workshops and training sessions for faculty and staff.

9. **School Improvement Initiatives**: Contributing to school improvement initiatives by participating in strategic planning, goal setting, and data analysis activities. They may lead or participate in committees focused on areas such as curriculum development, assessment, or school climate.

10. **Community Engagement**: Building positive relationships with parents, community members, and educational partners to foster collaboration and support for the school's academic mission. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
