Key Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires you to have a solid background in implementation and support of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and execution of marketing campaigns, as well as strong understanding of marketing automation concepts including email marketing, segmentation, personalization, and customer journey mapping.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, configuring and customizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet specific business needs, developing and maintaining complex SQL queries and data-driven automation processes, integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, building AMP Scripts and creating Email templates, building and validating HTML and CSS, monitoring and troubleshooting marketing automation processes, conducting quality assurance testing, creating reports and dashboards, and performing root cause analysis.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer.
  • Experience with other Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
