Job Summary

We seek an experienced Professional with 10+ years of experience in customer support operations, overseeing Salesforce strategy, administration, and support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic direction, administration, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce instances.
  • Oversee management and continuous improvement of Salesforce Sales Cloud, ensuring robust customer support processes and efficient issue resolution.
  • Develop operational processes to streamline support operations and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce functionalities with organizational objectives.
  • Manage and prioritize support requests, maintaining clear communication and timely resolution.
  • Train and mentor Salesforce administrators and support analysts, fostering growth and technical proficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and security standards.
  • Drive innovation to shift recurring issues left and adhere to SLA's.
  • Assist in troubleshooting daily issues and guiding the team for assistance in solving tickets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including significant experience managing Salesforce operations and technical support teams.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other Salesforce products.
  • Salesforce certifications highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
  • Proven experience in driving customer satisfaction and optimizing support processes.
