We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to serve as the primary system administrator for our organization.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Salesforce, supporting development and change management activities, and assisting in user training to foster skill growth across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Functions: Handle basic administrative functions, including user management, data integrations, and system audits.
  • System Audits: Conduct regular system audits to ensure the integrity and security of our Salesforce data.
  • Data Integrations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document requirements for data integrations.
  • Change Management: Support development and change management activities to ensure seamless implementation of new features and updates.
  • Training: Assist in user training to foster skill growth across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Salesforce administration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
