Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Salesforce Solutions Expert to lead the development of scalable and high-performance Salesforce-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution architecture discussions across multiple Salesforce clouds.
  • Define enterprise-wide architecture patterns and best practices for Salesforce implementation and integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (IT, business, developers, admins) to ensure architecture alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct technical design sessions, architect and document solutions, and present architectural approaches to clients.
  • Oversee governance and design reviews to ensure adherence to standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with a strong track record in solution/enterprise architecture.
  • Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce migrations and systems integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and performance tuning.
