Job Title: Salesforce Omnistudio Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to spearhead our Salesforce Omnistudio efforts.

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in technology and a minimum of 4+ years in Financial Services.
  • A minimum of 4+ Years of experience in FSC (or any enterprise SaaS product) including the configuration of the Salesforce FSC Platform is essential.
  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Superbadge or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience taking highly conceptual business needs and translating them into solutions that can be effectively implemented.
  • Experience with declarative solutions including creation of custom objects, workflows, approvals, flows, etc. is necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities of the Salesforce platform is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce Omnistudio solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and functionality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
