Job Title: Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality of our Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using RPA UiPath Test Automation tool.
  • Create and maintain test artifacts such as test strategies, test cases, and traceability matrices.
  • Understand business requirements and analyze new features to design test plans and scripts.
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications.
  • Perform both manual and automated testing including functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Document detailed defects and bugs, monitor their resolution, and perform post-resolution testing.
  • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of Salesforce applications.
  • Emphasize QA and UAT testing within the software development lifecycle.
  • Continuously improve automated tests as product features and enhancements are developed.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipeline processes, automated build, and test systems.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation of APIs (SOAP and REST services).
  • Provide accurate time estimations for manual and automation QA efforts.
  • Maintain high-quality manual and automated scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Work collaboratively with developers, testing teams, and other stakeholders in a geographically distributed team.
  • Identify problems, document, and manage defects.
  • Communicate blockers and identify areas for improvement.
  • Report and present test results and demos to internal teams.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce QA testing experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation Framework, especially using RPA UiPath Test Automation tool.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture components - Sales, Service, Marketing, OMS, CPQ clouds.
  • Experience in agile/scrum development methodology.
  • Experience in web application automation.
  • Knowledge of template and components creation, site structure, workflows, and API integrations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to define and communicate the big picture in terms of the solution and break it down into smaller manageable work units.
  • Strong interpersonal, consultative, consensus builder, and issue resolution skills.
  • Experience working in and leading a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Preferred but not required: Other Salesforce certifications and DevOps tools knowledge.
