Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our Salesforce applications. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate requirements, execute test cases, and support defect resolution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications (Sales, Service, Marketing, and Custom Modules).
- Create, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and customizations.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Log, track, and retest defects using JIRA/ALM or similar tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA team members to ensure end-to-end quality.
- Ensure testing aligns with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
- Provide detailed documentation of test results and support release cycles.

- Good knowledge of Agile methodology and working in sprint-based projects.
- Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, QC, ALM, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
