Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Provide actionable insights to support leadership in establishing benchmarks for pricing, contract structuring, and margin analysis for large deals.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Ensure compliance with India, US and Canadian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

Requirements:

  • A Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the technology services industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho or similar).
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation, with the ability to interpret data, generate and communicate insights.
