Job Profile

The role of a senior financial leader plays a pivotal part in spearheading all fiscal operations. It entails ensuring prudent management, regulatory adherence, and strategic planning to drive the organization's financial trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and manage annual fiscal blueprints, forecasts, and financial models to inform decision-making.
    • Advise leadership on cost optimization, capital allocation, and return-on-investment analysis to drive business growth.
    • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to mitigate potential risks.
  • Accounting & Compliance
    • Oversee day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
    • Promote statutory compliance and coordinate internal and external audits to maintain organizational integrity.
  • Procurement & Cost Control
    • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to track material costs and vendor payments, identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
    • Implement cost control measures across supply chains and manufacturing units to optimize resource utilization.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Prepare monthly Management Information System reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
    • Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and performance reviews, driving business outcomes.
  • Systems & Process Improvement
    • Recommend and implement financial systems to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual errors.
    • Streamline documentation and approval workflows for finance-related processes, promoting agility and responsiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA preferred
5–10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction
Budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, Excel, Tally/SAP
Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, strong communicator
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
