Financial Leadership Opportunity

A strategic financial leader is required to oversee the finance and accounting teams in a manufacturing industry setting. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, a CA + Graduate qualification, and exceptional leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Management: Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, review management reports, and guide month-end/year-end closing and audit processes.
  • Treasury & Forex Management: Manage daily cash flow, monitor and manage treasury operations, and liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure cost-effective funding.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns, supervise GST reconciliation, ITC matching, and audit preparation.
  • Audit & Risk Management: Ensure completion of stock audits, resolve audit observations, and implement process improvements.
  • Banking & Documentation: Oversee the preparation and review of CMA data, QIS reports, and LC/Bank Guarantee documentation.
  • Export/Import Finance: Oversee imports, manage Auditor's certifications, and export turnover declarations.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor the finance, accounts, and compliance teams, provide strategic financial inputs to senior management, and ensure team adherence to timelines and upskilling.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
