Finance Manager

Job Description:

This is a detail-oriented and analytical role that involves managing financial planning, MIS reporting, fundraising support, and investor presentations. The Finance Manager will work closely with the project, sales, and operations teams to ensure accuracy of MIS.

The role requires a strong foundation in financial modeling, fund-raising documentation, and compliance. The successful candidate will be able to prepare and present information clearly to management and investors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Management Information Systems (MIS)
  2. • Prepare project-wise MIS covering sales, collections, costs, and profitability.
  3. • Develop and maintain company-wise and group-level MIS for consolidated reporting.
  4. • Budgeting, variance analysis, and continuous monitoring of revenue and expenses.
  5. • Support management with cash flow forecasts and scenario analysis.
  6. Fundraising & Investor Relations
  7. • Assist in preparing fundraising documentation including financial models, pitch decks, and information memorandums.
  8. • Support due diligence processes by coordinating with bankers, NBFCs, investors, and legal advisors.
  9. • Ensure timely preparation of quarterly investor presentations with accurate financial and operational updates.
  10. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  11. • Build and maintain robust financial models for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  12. • Track sales pipeline, collections, and expense management to support decision-making.
  13. • Conduct sensitivity analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
  14. Compliance & Documentation
  15. • Review and support preparation of legal and financial documentation for fundraising, investments, and banking.
  16. • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all agreements, term sheets, and loan documents.
  17. • Work closely with project, sales, and operations teams to ensure accuracy of MIS.
  18. • Provide financial insights and support to the leadership team for strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in MS Excel, experience in preparing MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis, knowledge of fundraising processes, term sheets, loan documentation, and investor communications, ability to interpret and work with legal and financial documents, strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills for investor and management interactions.

MBA (Finance)/ CA Inter qualification and 5–8 years of relevant experience in real estate, investment banking, NBFC, or corporate finance roles are required. Prior exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or project finance is highly desirable.
