Job Title: Strategic Procurement LeaderAt the forefront of our organization, we are seeking a seasoned Strategic Procurement Leader to spearhead our procurement and sourcing initiatives.   • Develop and Execute Procurement Strategies: Align with business objectives to drive growth, efficiency, and competitiveness.
  • End-to-End Procurement Process Leadership: Identify, select, negotiate, contract, and manage vendors to ensure consistent supply, quality, and pricing.
  • Establish Procurement Policies and Systems: Design and implement efficient, transparent, and cost-effective sourcing processes.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Coordinate with project teams, operations, design, and finance departments for timely availability of materials and services.
  • Monitor Procurement Budgets and Analyze Cost-Saving Opportunities: Ensure compliance with budgetary controls and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop Long-Term Sourcing Strategies: Focus on key categories like construction materials, interiors, furniture, fixtures, and retail-related inventories.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business Administration Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 12+ Years of Procurement Experience: Proven track record in handling procurement for large-scale residential/commercial projects or high-volume retail operations.
  • Proven Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to deliver results-driven procurement solutions.
