Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Expert and Contract Manager to fill a key role within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of drafting and managing complex IT RFPs, vendor contracts, and SLA frameworks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and managing complex IT RFPs, vendor contracts, and SLA frameworks
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement, legal, and regulatory frameworks
  • Oversight of contract clauses for transition, knowledge transfer, licensing, and ownership of IT assets
  • Aligning procurement frameworks with enterprise application development and architecture needs

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in procurement and contract management
  • Strong knowledge of software licensing, cloud services procurement, and IT infrastructure acquisition
  • Experience in defining RFP templates, procurement models, and evaluation frameworks
  • Proficient in risk assessment, documentation, and governance across procurement and contracts

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in software licensing and cloud services procurement
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure acquisition and system integrator agreements
  • Experience in large-scale IT projects
