HDFC Securities is seeking a detail-oriented Market Surveillance Associate to join our team.
This role involves monitoring and analyzing market activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in surveillance departments, specifically in capital markets or broking, with a minimum of three years of work experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and closing exchange surveillance alerts
- Generating, analyzing, and closing internal surveillance alerts
- Suspecting reporting of clients
- Analyzing and closing DP surveillance alerts
- Maintaining and reporting MIS at exchanges & board
- Regularly monitoring and implementing exchange/depository circulars
- Talking to clients/branches for clarification
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work effectively in night shifts. NISM certification for capital market, SORM, and equity derivatives module is also highly desirable.
