Role Overview

As a Learning Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's culture of continuous learning and growth. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement strategic learning initiatives that drive tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop personalized learning journeys that inspire, challenge, and equip employees to stay ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate with Business Leads to identify skill gaps, define learning outcomes, and drive measurable impact across the organization
  • Leverage technology (Learning Management Systems, analytics, AI-powered learning tools) to personalize, measure, and scale learning in meaningful ways
  • Owning the end-to-end pipeline of critical technical certifications—ensuring employees are competitively differentiated
  • Lead a team of learning champions who think big, iterate fast, and deliver with empathy
Requirements
  • 8–12 years of experience in Learning Enablement, Organizational Development, or similar roles
  • Strategic thinker with a builder's mindset and high empathy
  • Strong experience with Learning Management Systems, digital learning platforms, and certification programs
  • Masters in HR, Psychology, or related fields (MBA preferred—but mindset > resume)
  • Proven record of influencing business outcomes through learning programs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
