Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic PR Director to spearhead our communications efforts. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a track record of developing and executing effective PR strategies that drive business results.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex environments, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver high-quality media coverage through compelling storytelling.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in PR/communications, preferably from boutique PR firms or independent consulting.
  • A proven track record of delivering impactful results in lean teams.
  • Experience handling government projects or public policy communication.
  • Strong media relationships and a respected reputation in the PR ecosystem.

Prior experience in sustainability, cleantech, policy, or ESG space, as well as familiarity with media analytics tools, is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Secure high-quality coverage in top-tier publications through effective pitching and relationship-building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, editors, and media owners.
  • Manage press relations for high-stakes projects, particularly in public-sector or compliance-heavy environments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
