Operations Director

We're seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee daily operations across sales, warehouse, and telecalling functions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will manage and mentor team leads, including Sales Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Telecallers, to optimize operational flows and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize Operational Flows: Streamline order management and last-mile delivery processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor Financial Metrics: Analyze costs and develop strategies to reduce expenses without compromising quality or service.
  • Design Growth Strategies: Develop cross-selling and upselling initiatives to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior leaders to develop long-term growth plans and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate Degree: A recognized degree from a reputable institution is essential for this role.
  • Strong Background in Operations and Finance: Proven expertise in managing operations and finance functions is crucial for success in this position.
  • Proven Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire high-performing teams is essential.
