Job Title: Project Director

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned project director to manage all phases of commercial projects from inception to completion.

  • Maintain accurate records using construction management software.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop cost estimates and bid packages for tender submissions.
  • Manage purchase orders and track invoices for efficient project billing.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and build strong relationships through proactive communication.
  • Address project challenges promptly to avoid delays and maintain high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
