Project Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 14 to 17 years of experience in Civil & Interior works execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Inspect and verify interior fit-out, finishes, FF&E, and loose furniture against drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor and report work progress to the VP Engineering.
  • Coordinate with PMO for verification, validation, and certification of bills.
  • Evaluate quality control and prepare snag lists to de-snag and hand over to the Operations Team.
  • Collaborate with vendors, sub-contractors, and stakeholders to maintain quality standards.
  • Review and monitor manpower requirements, allocate work fronts, and conduct daily progress reviews.
  • Analyze planned vs actual progress, schedule, resources, and cost.
  • Implement safety practices and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with Civil and M&E departments to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Familiarity with AUTOCAD and MS PROJECT is mandatory.
