Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, addressing all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with check-in, check-out, and registration processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and incident reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and providing personalized recommendations and assistance.
