  • Job Description: As a Guest Relations Trainee, you will be responsible for engaging with guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. You will participate in structured training programs that include orientation to our policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist with front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and registration;
    • Familiarize yourself with our property's reservation system;
    • Learn how to handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, and assist with providing appropriate solutions and services;
    • Participate in room inspections to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards;
    • Report any issues to relevant departments for resolution;
    • Provide guests with information about our property's amenities, services, local attractions, and dining options;
    • Work under the guidance of senior staff to resolve guest issues or concerns, striving to exceed guest expectations.
