  • Provide guidance and mentorship to students on resume building, interview preparation, and networking skills development.
  • Maintain accurate records of student placements and employment statistics.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in campus placements, talent acquisition, sales, or related roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and network effectively with employers and internal stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of current industry trends and recruitment processes.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in student success.

Qualifications:

  • UG: B.Tech., B.Com., B.BA., or B.Sc. degree.
  • PG: MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: ₹3.60 to ₹6.00 Lakhs.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Age: Between 24 to 30 years.
