Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham seeks a seasoned Campus Placement Manager to facilitate harmonious relationships between our institution and the corporate world.
Job Overview:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating campus placements, establishing strategic alliances with industry professionals, and aligning students' skills with industry requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to engage top talent from leading corporations.
- Maintain strong relationships with academic departments to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Organize placement drives, seminars, and workshops to enhance students' employability and career prospects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students on resume building, interview preparation, and networking skills development.
- Maintain accurate records of student placements and employment statistics.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in campus placements, talent acquisition, sales, or related roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel and network effectively with employers and internal stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of current industry trends and recruitment processes.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in student success.
Qualifications:
- UG: B.Tech., B.Com., B.BA., or B.Sc. degree.
- PG: MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual Salary: ₹3.60 to ₹6.00 Lakhs.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Age: Between 24 to 30 years.
