Invoicing Professional Role

Maintain financial accuracy by ensuring timely and precise invoicing as an Invoicing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers with precision.
  • Meet invoice delivery timelines, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Enter invoices into customer websites, following established protocols.
  • Submit invoices via electronic data interchange, minimizing errors.
  • Understand key invoicing areas specific to customers, fostering effective communication.
  • Verify each field on the invoices before submission, guaranteeing accuracy.
  • Ensure supporting documents and backups are in place, attaching them to invoices.
  • Timely update invoice submission status in Navision, maintaining transparency.
  • Maintain invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files for reference.
  • Collaborate closely with payroll & invoicing teams to accelerate the invoice submission process.
  • Send statements of accounts to customers, promoting prompt payment.
  • Reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets, resolving mismatches in billing/payment to ensure AR hygiene.
  • Handle invoice rejections and credit rebills, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain SOP/standard guide for the complete invoicing process account-wise, ensuring consistency.
  • Provide continuous support for improving platforms for invoicing, enhancing efficiency.
  • Assist Credit control in invoicing and collection of payment, driving business growth.
Requirements:
  • Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience in invoicing.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table).
  • Good analytical & process knowledge.
  • Good accounting knowledge.
