Strategic Growth Leader

Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned Growth Manager to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing B2B accounts, particularly within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage B2B relationships with educational institutions like colleges and universities.
  • Ensure consistent engagement and smooth communication with clients.
  • Take ownership of growth in your designated region (Delhi/NCR, Pune, Bangalore, etc.).
  • Develop strategies to onboard new clients (colleges & universities) and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions.
  • Help institutions understand how our platform can enhance their services.
  • Manage and support the institutions during the initial stages of adoption.
  • Provide necessary training and support to clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the platform.
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems to track progress, client issues, and feedback.
  • Regularly analyze growth metrics and ensure goals are met.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion.
  • Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively, In-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with CRM tools, A result-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
