As a seasoned business strategist, you will drive the expansion of our B2B business in the Bangalore region. Your key objective is to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with national goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust business expansion plan for the Bangalore region.
- Analyze regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform your strategy.
- Foster strong relationships with local industry leaders, associations, and networks to enhance our presence.
- Drive acquisition of high-value clients across Bangalore and surrounding areas.
- Oversee revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
- Lead negotiations and close large deals with regional accounts.
- Manage regional P&L, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
- Direct client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction in the region.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team for the Bangalore region.
- Provide mentorship, set performance KPIs, and drive a culture of accountability and growth.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 5-12 years of experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management.
- Deep understanding of the Bangalore market, with established local connections.
- Proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets and scaling businesses.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience.
