About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic business growth manager to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations. Develop dashboards to track website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.
  • Market Research and Strategy: Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and white spaces. Create mini-strategies for growth experiments (new geographies, verticals, or customer segments).
  • Sales Enablement & Operations: Manage CRM automations (lead workflows, pipeline hygiene, triggers, integrations). Ensure visibility into KPIs across teams. Prepare pitch materials, case studies, and data-backed insights.
  • Project Management: Act as program manager for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops. Create project plans, set timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
