Technical Account Manager (TAM) RoleJob Description:

The Technical Account Manager will work closely with key global end-users in the Food and Beverage / CPG industry to develop technical collaboration, introduce Siemens Technologies like DCS and SCADA, and establish digital offerings such as Cloud/Edge/AI at the account's global engineering centers.

  • Coordinate selected lighthouse projects from specification stage to implementation, growing Siemens' share of wallet and supporting newly introduced portfolio items.
  • Develop and execute technical concepts, architectures, and service designs for Hybrid automation and factory process control.

Collaborate with OEMs, SI, and internal organizations to support customers' growth and optimize project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of factory and process automation, with a focus on food and beverage / CPG technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales support, project execution, or engineering roles.
  • Product knowledge of discrete & process automation, industrial networks, motion control, and manufacturing operations management software.
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills to collaborate with clients on innovative solutions.
  • Bachelor/Master of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Computer Science.
