The ideal candidate has an MBA in Marketing or Finance, or a Graduate with minimum 3 years of sales and customer relationship experience. They possess strong verbal communication skills, fluency in English, excellent listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills, and a positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
Key responsibilities include handling calls, explaining products and services to customers, maintaining customer information, coordinating with teams, converting leads into opportunities, providing after-sales support, and reporting daily/weekly call and conversion data.
