Job Description

As an API Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Sales and business development of APIs in the Indian domestic market
  • Visiting customers, participating in seminars and exhibitions, analyzing market opportunities, new customer mappings, pricing, and devising promotional strategies
  • Independent completion of personal sales targets
  • Optimizing commercial performance of existing in-market products
  • Conducting regular customer meetings to enhance the image of the company and implementing sales promotion plans

You will also develop and execute business development plans based on business objectives and contribute to enhancing the company's reputation in the industry.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $1500-$3500 USD per month, plus an annual performance bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive compensation, career growth opportunities, and professional development support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as an API Sales and Business Development Manager, you should have:

  • More than 8 years of experience in sales of APIs
  • Familiarity with the Indian pharmaceutical market
  • A business size of $4 million USD/year or above
  • Diplomatic and literate communication skills, diverse cultural thinking, and good English writing and speaking skills
  • The ability to learn, investigate, and pay attention to details
