Job Opportunity: ServiceNow Leadership Position

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead the development and growth of a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate industry expertise with in-depth understanding of trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, company roadmap, products, platforms, and offerings as well as market trends including competitor enterprise products.
  • Gain insight into the ServiceNow system integrators ecosystem, competitive positioning, and market share.
  • Manage global responsibilities including US, Europe, UK, and APAC regions.
  • Oversee multiple accounts with profit and loss responsibility.
  • Drive client implementations and high customer satisfaction scores (CSS and CSAT).
  • Maintain strong client focus and engage proactively with client stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on business and market conditions impacting clients' businesses.
  • Contribute innovative insights for customers and thought leadership documents.
  • Develop capabilities, expertise in new product areas, and adjacencies, as well as thought leadership on product and process areas, building new solutions, frameworks, points of view, and accelerators.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to define and enrich service offerings.
  • Plan, acquire, and deploy talent, determine and deploy the right team with relevant skill sets to execute projects.
  • Enhance employee experience by driving high-touch employee engagement, mentoring budding and junior talent, identifying, and grooming next-level leaders.
  • Ensure financial and operational effectiveness through strong revenue and cost management expertise, driving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives.
