ServiceNow Lead

This role involves leading the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions across various departments. As a seasoned IT professional, you will oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow tools to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows to automate business processes
  • Design and build custom applications using ServiceNow's Flow Designer
  • Migrate existing data from legacy systems to ServiceNow
  • Configure and manage ServiceNow's security framework, including ACLs and user roles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize ServiceNow projects
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations and integrations

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow's ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro modules
  • Hands-on experience with catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs, domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies
  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, such as identity platforms and facilities systems
  • Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance
  • Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes
  • Strong collaboration skills with HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows
  • Experienced in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams
