Senior Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to join our team in ensuring timely compliance with rules on behalf of brands required to fulfill their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) targets for plastic and e-waste.

  • Ensure that brands adhere to existing regulations.
  • Standardize formats according to government, brand, or Recykal requirements.
  • Document collections and verification as per the commitment given to brands.
  • Proactively engage with key brands and stakeholders associated with us.
  • Maintain attention to detail, especially in compliance-related documentation.
  • Lead multiple teams on-field and off-field.
  • Increase team efficiency by building optimized completion processes.
  • Ensure constant communication with management, staff, and vendors for proper organization operations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
  • Pursue strategic and operational objectives actively.
  • Ensure operational activities are on time and within defined parameters.
  • Track staffing requirements and hire new employees as needed.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team in a time-sensitive environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve process implementation.
  • Collaborate with legal and safety departments to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience handling operations.
  • Experience in waste management is an advantage.
  • Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, persuasion, consensus-building, and teamwork abilities.
