Job Title: Impact Partner– India

We are seeking an experienced Professional to lead the advancement of our sustainability agenda in India, focusing on social and environmental issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for local program implementation, adapting and executing global strategies within India. This includes designing and delivering initiatives that reflect local needs and priorities while remaining consistent with global frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Local Program Implementation
  • Adapt and execute global strategies for environmental responsibility, diversity & belonging, and health & well-being within India.
  • Develop annual plans for India, set measurable local targets, and track progress.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders in India, engaging and influencing them to actively support our impact agenda in India.
  • Collaboration & Alignment with Global Teams
  • Serve as the key link between India and the global program managers for each impact area.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability, CSR or DEI as well as employee engagement programs.
  • Cultural awareness and strong understanding of India's sustainability, philanthropic, and DEI landscape.
  • Ability to confidently engage and influence senior leadership, building trust and alignment on key priorities.
  • Strong program and project management skills, with proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
