Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ESG professional to join our team as a ESG Sustainability Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ESG strategies that drive business growth and minimize environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with sustainability standards and best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address climate-related risks and opportunities.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee understanding of ESG principles and practices.
  • Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting standards, including GRI and TCFD.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
