Audit Manager Role Overview

The Audit Manager - Commercial role is a senior position within our organization, responsible for overseeing financial statement audits in conformity with US GAAP and US GAAS.

  • Our ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in US GAAP and GAAS, as well as qualifications such as being a Chartered Accountant or other qualified professional in the accounting and tax fields.

This individual will lead a team of accounting and auditing experts, providing guidance and support as needed. They will also perform independent research on accounting and auditing matters and develop strong working relationships with peers, supervisors, and colleagues.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Industry experience in General Commercial, with a preference for candidates with construction industry experience and a background in reviews and compilations, is also highly valued.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is ready to take on new challenges and learn new software and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in US GAAP and GAAS
  • Chartered Accountant or other qualified professional in the accounting and tax fields
  • Caseware and Caseview knowledge preferred
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
