Job Summary:

We are seeking an Audit Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing financial and Fund audits, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and assessing internal controls.

This role involves working with a variety of clients or internal departments to evaluate financial records, identify risks, and deliver audit findings with clarity and accuracy.

Responsibilities include conducting financial and Fund audits in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), assessing the accuracy of financial records and compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements, performing risk assessments and developing audit procedures based on risk factors, evaluating internal controls and recommending improvements, preparing working papers and documenting audit findings, communicating audit results clearly to clients or management, working with audit team members and coordinating with other departments as needed, staying up to date with changes in accounting and auditing standards, and supporting the preparation of audit reports and financial statements.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Accountant or equivalent certification
  • 1-2 years of experience in audit under a Certified Public Accounting firm
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other relevant regulations
  • Proficiency with audit software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
