About the Job:
- This senior finance position involves overseeing various financial planning, management, and analysis tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to executive management for review.
- Evaluate financial reports to facilitate informed decision-making and supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable processes with stakeholders.
- Work with the team to automate the invoice process and expense module by integrating Tally Prime with banking, sales, and purchase ERP solutions.
- e-Filing of returns and their assessment, including income tax (TDS, transfer pricing, advance tax projections, and routine implications), routine, and case-specific issues under GST and P.F.
- Liaise and coordinate with external auditors for successful annual audit completion and appropriate ROC/MCA filings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA), Master of Commerce (M.Com), or Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a finance background.
- Minimum 15+ years' experience in the manufacturing or forging industry.
Key Skills:
- Multi-function experience within the finance department for managing monthly reporting and quarterly presentations to the board.
- Strong knowledge of accounting packages, including Tally features for automation, audit, and advanced Excel knowledge.
- Expert knowledge in auditing and accounting reporting standards applicable to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as defined under the Companies Act, 2013.
