Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles to ensure accurate financial projections.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on key business decisions.
Financial Strategy & Planning:

The Chief Financial Officer will lead end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. Additionally, this role will oversee the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, aligned with Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS standards.

  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure accuracy in financial management information reports.
Audit & Compliance:

The Chief Financial Officer will manage statutory, internal, and tax audits from start to finish, ensuring timely closure. This role will also ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and other regulatory requirements.

  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulators to maintain strong relationships.
Taxation & Regulatory:

This position oversees direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments. The Chief Financial Officer will ensure timely payment of taxes and adherence to statutory timelines. Furthermore, they will stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates.

  • Maintain knowledge of taxation laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Professional accounting designation as a Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • At least 10 years of experience at a senior level financial managerial position in a similar industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and planner
