Financial Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to oversee end-to-end financial management for our portfolio of hotels and restaurants, focusing on consolidation, compliance, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate monthly and annual accounts across all properties and outlets.
  • Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for senior management.
  • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Ensure compliance with IND-AS, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Income Tax, and hospitality sector-specific regulations.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at group level.
  • Support annual budgeting and reforecasting for each hotel unit.
  • Standardize accounting processes and internal controls across properties.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide actionable insights on cost management, revenue streams, and profitability improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality / multi-unit business is strongly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
