Beyond handling applications, we seek an experienced sales representative with strong communication and client-handling skills to manage new leads in the migration sector.

The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of Australian visa services, including partner visas, parent visas, temporary visas, permanent visas, and GSM visas.

This role requires leadership skills, as the representative will oversee and guide a team of administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert new leads into clients through effective consultation and communication.
  • Provide accurate information on migration pathways, including partner, parent, temporary, permanent, and GSM visas.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Manage, mentor, and supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and productivity.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of migration services, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or client services, preferably in migration, education, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian visa categories (partner, parent, temporary, permanent, GSM).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a small admin team.
  • Organised, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a migration services firm or similar industry.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and lead management tools.
