Job Title: Enterprise Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key client relationships, understanding ongoing hiring needs and ensuring effective delivery through coordination with internal teams.
- Represent our organization in external conversations with potential clients, presenting our capabilities and staffing solutions effectively.
- Identify new opportunities within the market and initiate conversations with key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver tailored capability presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Track recruitment progress, provide timely updates, and ensure all client expectations are met.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and hiring performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in client-facing roles within the staffing/recruitment industry.
- Proven ability to manage large client accounts while also initiating and developing new client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of both IT and non-IT hiring environments.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, collaborative setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is a plus.
