About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive Leased line and SME Sales & ARPU targets for our Enterprise Business vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for revenue and end-to-end account management with high-level client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit annual sales plans and budgets covering bandwidth, leased lines, geographic spread of corporate clients, sales manpower plans, and projected revenues.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales and ARPU targets as per the approved plan.
  • Daily tracking and maintenance of compliance against sales plans.
  • Submit MIS to management in the approved format and decided periodicity.
  • Conduct reviews of Enterprise Business teams on a periodic basis.
  • Conduct sales trainings for Enterprise Business and build b2b capabilities in the team.
  • Coordinate with operations teams on a day-to-day basis and streamline running processes in terms of activities TAT and feasibility checks.
  • Submit periodic market intelligence reports to group EB heads on market trends, contemporary products, and competitors' practices.
  • Conduct periodic market assessments of customer satisfaction to draw plans to address areas of concern for ensuring customer retention.
  • Provide feedback to management on market response to new product launches.
  • Assume administrative control for Enterprise Business Verticals.
  • Ensure implementation of approved sales promotion schemes across Enterprise Business Verticals.
  • Maintain 100% adherence to company processes and policies, as well as SLAs.
  • Analyze market potential, universe of b2b markets, databases, and funnel build-ups vertically wise focus of the business across the business, and provide the right solutions as per marketing plans and campaigns for EB business.
  • Must have:
    • Highest Qualification - Post graduation
    • Must be having an overall experience of 5 years
    • Must be having relevant experience of B2B sales from Telecommunication fields
    • Must have experience in Internet Leased Line sales
