As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the telecom industry. This involves spearheading business development initiatives to capture new market opportunities and nurture existing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Enterprise Accounts of major clients by identifying and capitalizing on lucrative business prospects.
- Retain existing accounts through strategic engagement and relationship-building activities that foster long-term loyalty.
- Foster Revenue Enhancement through various methodologies such as targeted sales campaigns and tactical pricing strategies.
- Oversee Quality Control for agent calls to maintain exceptional service standards by monitoring and addressing any discrepancies or concerns.
- Allocate resources effectively within the team to optimize performance by delegating tasks and responsibilities according to individual strengths and expertise.
- Lead Client Calls on a weekly basis to resolve disputed accounts and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Create and disseminate daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Publish reports for internal management teams, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Analyze Churn Prediction and Revenue Gap Planning to inform business strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Develop Revenue Projections as a Business Analyst, leveraging data analysis and forecasting techniques to inform business decisions.
- Design and publish Dashboards to estimate business output, facilitating data-driven decisions and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
