Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Director to lead our financial reporting and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end closing process, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
  • Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliations, and reporting in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Lead journal entries, accruals, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support audits, compliance, and financial analysis requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and control frameworks.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance management for the finance team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting processes, including general ledger, closing & reporting, reconciliations, and controls.
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP/IND AS).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and drive performance.
  • Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification.
  • 10–14 years of overall experience, with at least 4–5 years in financial leadership and team management.
